Borrower will receive Initial Disclosures within 24 hours.

Our dedicated Processor will promptly retrieve any additional documents needed from borrower, so there’s no need for you to chase them down.
Comprehensive Service
Once Initial Disclosures are signed, we take the next steps: Ordering Title, Appraisal, Insurance quotes all while preparing to submit your loan to underwriting.
